Attorney Cynthia Riddell Presents Distressed Real Estate Options Seminar.

Attorney Cynthia Riddell will present “Know Your Options,” a free seminar on short sales, foreclosure alternatives and bankruptcy options. The seminar is scheduled for Monday, August 15, 2011, from 6pm-7:30pm, at the Community Foundation of Sarasota, 2635 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, FL. Riddell will review what homeowners need to know to make the best decisions.

Riddell of the Riddell Law Group is a member of the Florida Bar and holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Her practice areas include consumer bankruptcy, short sales and foreclosure alternatives. She has published articles regarding these topics in the Bradenton Herald.
