We R 4 Kids is a Sarasota non-profit organization founded in 1998 to address the needs of students having problems with anger and self-control. Mrs. Lorraine Raymer, a Michigan teacher who retired to Sarasota to teach classes on anger management and self-control founded the organization.

For Patrick and Holly Wright, the answer is simply, “You get up every day and you do it.” The loss of a young loved one, Payton, led to the Payton Wright Foundation touching lives of children with brain cancer across the country.

We boarded John & Denise Saputo’s 61′ Viking cruiser Golden Eagle III. Taking everything in I thought, “What a day we are going to have!” It was the Super Boat Grand Prix where I was enthralled by the boats whipping past, barely missing our turn boat and enjoying eye contact with the helicopter pilots blazing by within arms-reach.
