My wife and I went there last week. Medallion is offering incredible deals, they give you the Gold house and the Bronze price. Swimming pool is included and the lanai enclosure plus a lot of other things. We signed the contract and will be moving there in about 8 month when the home is build. We search Orlando and Windermeer, in my opinion Lakes of Mount Dora is tops and can’t be beaten.

We are super excited about this event. Not only is this a beautiful showcase, it is a unique way of doing business.

I encourage everyone to visit this pop-up store, especially during one of their events. Designers add value to all renovations, restorations, and construction projects. It’s not that easy to pick the perfect color, or create the perfect feel, without anyone realizing that something was “done”. They make it seamless and delightful.

Also, its important to note that the IDS is making use currently empty retail space, which gives the space life and vitality. It’s a great tool for realtors to show off the value of a space.
